Amanda Arnold

Amanda Arnold is the Deputy Director of HireAbility Vermont, where she has worked for the past 15 years supporting Vermonters with disabilities in achieving meaningful employment and to work towards their career goals. She began her career with HireAbility as a Transition Counselor before moving into roles focused on Performance Management and Organizational Development and ultimately into her current leadership role.

Amanda holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and brings a background in counseling, organizational development, and vocational rehabilitation to her work. Her current focus is on continuous improvement and strengthening systems, practices, and partnerships that support individuals with disabilities to obtain, maintain, and advance in meaningful career pathways.
